Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the development of occupational pension schemes created by investment fund companies in Poland in period 2006–2015. The description of the voluntary retirement forms, description of legal regulations concerning the functioning of PPE in Poland and analysis of changes in basic figures describing the PPE market are presented. The share of TFI in this market was also indicated.
