Summary/Abstract: The derivation peculiarities of PR terms borrowed from English into three languages-recipients (French, Russian and German) are considered in the article. The article discusses foreign borrowings from PR sphere which appeared in these languages-recipients during the last two decades. Foreign words are widely used in PR terminology as well as in the sphere of everyday speech in these languages. Foreign borrowings are analyzed in derivation aspect. The most frequent text PR-terms (lobby, communication, image, publicity, briefing, public) into national languages which have peculiar morphological characteristics are chosen for the analysis.
