Summary/Abstract: Language as an ontologically complex dynamic system cannot be studied by available linguistic tools. From the standpoint of evolutionary and synergetic approach language is considered as an open, non-linear, self-organizing system with dissipative structure. Evolutionary linguosynergetics is one of the methodological approaches for highlighting the underlying processes in the systemic and structural organization of language, which contribute to its dynamism and self-organization on qualitatively another level.
