Summary/Abstract: The present study has examined interpersonal relationships in organizations working in the private sector. After processing the information from interviews and interviews, it was proved that the effective interpersonal relations in the organization and the construction of intelligent internal communication contribute to the overall organizational development. Practical methods are analyzed and an algorithm is proposed to develop a transformation model to improve them in the exchange of information for better organizational development.
