Summary/Abstract: The article presents a brief biography of A.E. Kulakovsky. A.E. Kulakovsky - founder of the Yakut literature, enlightener, philosopher, humanist, first investigator in many areas of science in Yakutia. Article is written on the basis of the previous works about life and the activity, earlier revealed and again found archival documents and his scientific works. Scientific works and works of art of A.E. Kulakovsky are investigated in biographic aspect.
