CONDITION IMPOSSIBLE, IMMORAL OR ILLICIT - SPECIFIC FEATURES

Summary/Abstract: This study proposes an analysis of the condition, as a modality of the civil legal act, when it has an impossible, immoral or illicit character. We aim to clarify the notions of "impossible", "immoral" or "illicit" (when they apply to the condition), as the legislator refers to them, without defining them. We will also emphasize the sanctions that their incidence draws, with their specific features, while also referring to elements of compared law, in this case the French civil law in the matter.
