Summary/Abstract: The final part of the study dedicated to the contract of renting of goods will analyze the main obligations of the tenant, as they are regulated by the legislator, as well as the causes of termination of the contract. The termination of the contract is relevant to the tenant’s obligations, as long as one of hiss obligations is to return the good at the end of the contract, termination of any cause, which is why we will list these causes for termination of the contract.
