Summary/Abstract: Writers draw inspiration from many sources, including history, other works, and religions. The last of these elements I am interested in in this article. It is particularly widespread in the fantasy writer, despite the controversy it arouses. There are many ways of making references to religion in fantasy, I am introducing the most popular of them, supported by examples from Polish literature.
