HISTORICAL ASPECTS OF SEARCHES FOR THE INTEGRAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE «PUBLIC HEALTH»

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the study is to describe the search path of integrated information about the public health and the results obtained on the boundary of XX-XXI centuries. The specificity of the topics identified research methods: system approach to the analysis and systematization of information obtained from scientific and educational published materials. Scientific novelty. For the first time a brief history of the search for integral health information and, in particular, public health dynamics was investigated. It has been proved that for a long time there were many studies devoted to the search for integrated knowledge about human health on the basis of disease data, their course and its consequences. A number of work on the search for integral information was based on analytical data obtained on the basis of materials of temporary disability of working persons. Some scientists have tried to artificially combine the general morbidity with the temporary, as well as indicators of disability. There were many attempts to develop a theoretical basis for defining integral parameters of human health, based on the old ideology of the division of health indicators into traditional health care practice. Only the involvement of system analysis to the development and development of homo sapiens by isolating the morphological, functional and consequent (genetic) aspects of the course of health processes allowed to achieve the goal of measuring the integral knowledge of the state and dynamics of public health processes. Conclusions. Establishment of regular communication components of "public health" is based on researches of scientists of different specialties. Disclosure of the theoretical issues of "health" resulted in a decision of the whole chain of the major issues management.
