Summary/Abstract: Tekst stanowi dogmatyczna analizę przesłanek odpowiedzialności karnej, opisanych w art. 165 k.k. prowadzoną z perspektywy czynu polegającego na produkcji oraz handlu dopalaczami. Autor zwraca uwagę na rozproszony charakter skutku, stanowiącego znamię przestępstwa, i konfrontuje go z kryteriami obiektywnego przypisania. The article contains a dogmatic analysis of the premises of criminal liability stated in Article 165 of Polish Criminal Code for a prohibited act consisting in producing and trafficking of designer drugs. Author takes into account the dispersed nature of the consequence, which is one of the constituting element of the discussed prohibited act, and confronts it with the criteria of the objective attribution of consequence that are used in criminal law.
