Summary/Abstract: Although the opinions of Milli Gorus parties- that have been appeared since 1970s in Turkish political life- about the foreign policy have changed over time for example in the matter of European Union, generally these opinions seem to carry a discourse that questions the West. At the same time, protection of historical and cultural background of the country, emphasis on Turkey’s greatness and leadership, getting rid of dependence on the West and emphasis to being on the side of the oppressed represent a serious change in the traditional foreign policy vision. The aim of this article is to examine the foreign policy proposals of the Milli Görüş parties in the party programs and the reasons for the deviation and stability in these predictions in a cause effect relationship context.
