Assignement contract on patrimonial author’s rights

Summary/Abstract: This article presents a study on the assignation contract for author’s patrimonial rights, study which propose to offer bird’s-eye view on characteristically items of this convention. In the content of this article they make critical references on provisions which reffers to legal characters on assignation contract, on the object of this contract pattern and on contract parties. As well, author highlighted some legal problems related to revision and nullity of assignation contract, and as well at voidance action of this one. Study point out also some legislative ramblings in examinated matter, as wrong using of term „assignate” in place of „author’s patrimonial rights” , wrong regulation of the options which the assignor would dispose for correcting the pointed disproportion between his remuneration and assignee benefits or deregulation of assignor possibility to ask revision on the assignation contract in case of shown disproportion apparition.
