Summary/Abstract: The first part of the study focuses on issues related to the regulation of the civil action for unfair competition in the Romanian legislation, the interpretation and application of the Law in domestic jurisprudence. The second part refers to particular, relevant aspects of the civil action for unfair competition under the French, English and Italian legislation and jurisprudence.
