Summary/Abstract: Artykuł podejmuje problematykę znieważenia zwłok i szczątków ludzkich przez studentów medycyny w toku zajęć dydaktycznych. Badaniu podlegają znamiona czynu zabronionego z art. 262 § 1 k.k. pod kątem możliwego popełnienia tego przestępstwa przez studentów. Autorzy odwołują się do zasad analizy normatywnej oraz wskazują na okoliczności wyłączające odpowiedzialność karną studenta za znieważenie zwłok ludzkich. The article discusses the issue of profanation of a corpses and human remains by medical students during teaching process. Elements of the crime of Art. 262 § 1 of Polish Criminal Code are analyzed in context of possible ways of its perpetration by students. Authors refer to the principles of normative analysis, and indicate the circumstances excluding criminal liability of students for profanation of corpses.
