AN APPLICATION OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS IN TERMS OF PERSONEL NEEDS OF R&G STUDIES

Summary/Abstract: In this study, the personel needs of the R&D activities in Turkey, in terms of state trends will be examined by the country size. For this purpose, we examined data related to R&D activities in Turkey human resources in Turkey and the most appropriate mathematical models were applied to the data analysis. Turkey Statistics Institute(TUIK) based on data for the study data were utilized. In the analysis of the data, various mathematical equations were applied and numerical calculation studies were carried out to select the equation that best represents the data. SPSS program was used in the analyzes. As a result of the analysis made in R&D activities in Turkey in human resources researchers, technicians and equivalent and other support staff, the number of men examined the workers in this occupational group to which is more than women, this number especially in other support staff of women is much less, Turkey ' There are various results in the last row among the countries of the world in the size of human resources of R&D. At the end of the study, some proposals were presented in the direction of R&D human resources in terms of public institutions, as all the professional groups could be given various supports for R&D work.
