Summary/Abstract: In July 2018, the Fiscal Code and the Fiscal Procedure Code were amended by distinct regulations. Moreover, other regulations were also amended, among which we mention: the Status of Civil Servants, the Status on the organization and practice of the profession of insolvency practitioner, Law no. 76/2002 on the unemployment insurance system and employment stimulation and other regulations, Law no. 47/1992 on the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court, Accounting Law no. 82/1991, Law no. 31/1990 on companies, Law no. 263/2010 on the public pension unitary system, Law regarding cadastre and real estate publicity no. 7/1996, Law no. 304/2004 on judicial organization, Administrative Law no. 554/2004 and other regulations. Also in July, Law no. 190/2018 regarding the measures for the enforcement of the general Regulation regarding the data protection was published in the Official Journal.
