THE CONSTITUTIONAL JURINOMY

Summary/Abstract: Constitutional jurinomy is the most important technique of analysis and synthesis of the effectiveness of the constitutional legal norm, and the capacity to elaborate it, which relates to an institution of constitutional law, namely that of the right to life, the genesis right of all human rights Without fear of being mistaken, we appreciate that jurimetrics is only one effective tool and can become more and more performant in setting up analyzes for the determination of the legal norms’ capacity to develop and efficiency of application, no matter if constitutional or of subsequent legislation. We believe, however, that jurimetrics is for jurinomy a true part-to-whole system. While jurimetrics can, as an instrument, generate a method of analysis, jurinomy can create the technique of analysis, capable of integrating all possible methods.
