Summary/Abstract: Many important changes in the Polish electoral code were introduced by the Act of lawpassed on the 11th January 2018. Author analyses and evaluates these of them which concernthe status and functioning of the electoral administration, paying attention to the threats that theypose to the assessement of the elections in Poland as democratic ones.
