Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine whether the use of peer instruction techniques on light has an effect on the achievement levels of Grade 7 students. Study design, single group pretest - posttest semi-experimental model. 62 students studying in 7 / A, 7 / B and 7C classes in a private secondary school in Kecioren district of Ankara province (Female: 38, Male: 24) participated in the study. As a classmate, 5 students who try to run it in a class are doing it as "Teacher Peer". Prior to the specified opportunity, the process of training as a peer who taught in 5 sessions in terms of 40 's was realized. Teaching peer education program is to carry out "Light" with peer instruction for 4 weeks in all three classes. Study data, Achievement Award given by Sayın (2015). The factor to achieve this study is to put forward.
