Summary/Abstract: Social protection is a way that respects human dignity. This is because each citizen is a part of society and he contributes to its development. In return, the society gives to him a social protection, materialized in social services including the pension he received after a full contribution stage. The respect for the right to human dignity involves pension rights, because it ensures the financial independence of persons receiving pension. This article attempts to realize a short analyze on the way that pension rights is a respect for the right to human dignity.
