Summary/Abstract: The right to life and integrity has been known since ancient times, but the regulations by which it was defended differed from one country to another, from one nation to another. As human rights have exceeded the national constitutions and national laws, projecting global and human rights saw new dimensions. This is true for people's right to life and integrity, which was recognized and substantiated by documents outstanding, adopted at European level and globally.
