Summary/Abstract: The violation of human rights and fundamental freedom is a serious situation in any country in the world. It is a threat to peace. First – social peace; on the other hand – international peace and security. U.N. Security Council described some internal situation of violations of human rights as threats to international peace. The article aims to realize a short analyses on the concept of ”threat to peace” and on the some internal situation described as threats to international peace and security
