Summary/Abstract: People as social primates unite in groups and social networks. Through communication they separate who is part of the group and who cannot be part of it. Members of a group use different assessing criteria from other groups and that’s why some problems are better perceived by us than others because we don’t not consider them as ours. The reactions of some Albanian social groups about the terrible events that took place in France in November 2015 were emotionally stronger in comparison to the continuous assaults in Syria. This article tries to understand the reasons that stand behind such a differentiated perception and the sensitivity of these groups’ members and other social group in relationship with each other.
