Summary/Abstract: On the base of mutual position of surfacial waterflows, topography character with morphological anomalies and their relation to the in-depth structure of Neogenic and Quaternary sediments, the appearance of fissured and epirogenic neotectonic processes (in morphostructurial arch) whose manifestation include 4 phases from Ris-Wirm to Holocene.
