Summary/Abstract: The recent changes regarding the Justice Laws do not respond to neither of the fundamental structural necessities caused by a macro structural systemic problem, for the sole reason that most of the changes of this nature demand a constitutional revision. Thus, is seems that this changes are rather games of power than real tries of solving the structural problems resulted from the mixt status of prosecutors in the institutional Romanian system. The issue seems not to be restructuring the system, but controlling it. Therefore, giving this premise, the restructuring can only have a deconstructing effect.
