Summary/Abstract: Aim: This study aims to research the effects of organizational climate on employees’ organizational commitment. The object of this thesis is to examine the effects of the factors of organizational climate on the organizational commitment. Method: The research was carried out with survey method. The population of the research consists of private and public inpatient healthcare organizations operating in the provinces of Adıyaman, Gaziantep and Kilis. The sample of the research consists of 518 employees chosen through “Stratified Random Sampling Method”. The hypothesis that is developed for determining whether or not there is a correlation between organizational climate and organizational commitment of the participants who are assigned in healthcare organizations in the research inside TRC1 region is tested through the Pearson-Correlation analysis.Findings: At the conclusion of analysis, medium level correlation (0.394) is determined between the participants’ perception of organizational climate and their behaviors of organizational commitment at 0.05 significance level.Results: The relationship between all dimensions of organizational climate and organizational commitment has been determined.
