Summary/Abstract: Fundamental values and belief systems in a corporation show themselves as; norms, behaviours, symbols and compose the corporate culture. When corporate culture is undertaken in terms of business management, it is seen that corporations in different fields have studies directed to culture. In studies of education science and studies that cover educational corporations, corporate culture is named as school culture. Due to the reason that schools are educational corporations, they are a subject to studies of corporate culture. Studies directed to school culture cover the subjects such as; components of school culture, its’ dimensions, structural characteristics, importance of leadership, ect. This study is directed to displaying the changes in the perceptions about school culture of Ege University Faculty of Communication students along their studentship, which is a cultural component and a sub-culture of school culture. With this purpose, data have been collected from students for four years with the same question form. These students were in 1st grade during 2009-2010 academical year. While students are in their 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th years, it was foreseen that there were going to be meaningful changes in their perceptions about the dimensions of corporate culture. And the direction of change in their perceptions of faculty culture has been detected in their last year.
