Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze hospitals’, which are settled in Antalya medical tourism sector global cooperations, innovation and growth trend. Hospitals need to make innovative transformation for can take market share in contex new market, new services, and new cooperations. Paper’s framework depends on globalization, contingency and adapdation approaches. According to findings Antalya has weak competitation power in point of global cooperation.
