Summary/Abstract: This study which depends on “the proficiency of musical literacy educators in fine arts high schools in terms of their specialties” proposal, aims to determine behavioral indicators that split items under “special field knowledge proficiencies” heading to more specific components with considering related studies in literature of music education and educational sciences. In the results of working 245 behavioral indicators are determined by author those can be utilized in configuring teacher training programmes, developing scales that can be used in defining the level of knowledge, configuring in-service training programmes for related course teachers, evaluating the performance of educators and professional development of teachers.
