Summary/Abstract: Entrepreneurship has gained importance since it was first introduced, and has become a concept of increased significance over time in the environment of uncertainty that emerged with globalization and technology. Entrepreneurship which is an important concept that affects countries’ level of development, is affected by several factors. The potential that would initiate entrepreneurship is the intentions of entrepreneurs. Therefore, university students that are future entrepreneurs and the factor of burn-out which would affect students’ entrepreneurial intentions are very important. According to the results of this study which was conducted on 359 university students, as the feeling of personal success increases, entrepreneurial intentions of students increase as well. Also, no significant relationship between one of the dimensions of burn-out that is emotional burn-out and entrepreneurial intentions was found.
