Summary/Abstract: Television, as it continues to play an important role in mass media, almost naturally comes to terms such as the concepts of presence and distance. The frequency of machine-like repetition in television genres, the difference between represented reality and the original, together form the phenomenon in which the notions of mutation and concealment are best approached.
