Summary/Abstract: In the context of the Cartesian paradigm of establishing objective knowledge, Kant will attempt to prove that human experience is built through a necessary connection between an invariable idealistic frame and information data provided by our senses. Acknowledging the possibility of acquiring certain accurate information is followed by the issue of eliminating illusions and mental fictions. Kant will attribute schematism the ability to oppose the danger of forming deeply subjective and random experiences, but postulating such an ability may be in itself a fiction generated by an explanatory necessity.
