Summary/Abstract: The article deals with phraseology in a wide and narrow grasping of the term. The author divides the group of phraseological units and other set phrases based on colournym “blue” and “azure”. The author works with the fundamental characteristics of the colour, its transfer and symbolic meaning. The work is in russian- slovak comparative plan.
