Summary/Abstract: The employees, social capital of business life, are undoubtedly the most important actors of organisations and face some psychological problems while adapting challenging conditions. Individuals that have to acquire the “business etiquette” in organisations which are the places heavily intertwined with human relationships could not succeed in having healthy relationships due to organisational or personal reasons. Thus, some syndromes may occur which are not considered psychological illnesses, and can be studied in Organisational Behaviour discipline. The aim of this study is to influence the dynamics of male-oriented business life by creating awareness about a couple of syndromes that arise in men whereas affect women in terms of weakening them in the struggle of business life. Glass Ceiling Syndrome, Testosterone Poisoning and Helen Syndrome will be discussed in this study. As there is no classification of syndrome in literature, this study is important to be the first to make a classification in terms of gender.
