Summary/Abstract: The personality of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rumen Cholov once seen and felt can not be mistaken and can not leave indifferent to anyone. With his outstanding charisma and intellectual wealth, Professor Cholov has impressed not only as a man devoted to a science in particular to Roman law, not only as a colleague lecturer who has traced his many scientific works in Bulgarian historiography and Roman law issues, but also as a man with a heart, a good soul and a struggling spirit.
