The objective of this workwas to estimate economic and financial viability of family rabbit breeding, considering technical parameters, production costs, etc. By means of panels of producers [Sagarnagaet al. 2014], 3 URP cunícolas, with 20, 50 and 100 bellies, were formed by 10, 6 and4 producers respectively, who provided information on technical management, Yields, prices, among other aspects. As a result we have to economically in the three units, food has the greatest weight within the cost structure. One of the most important conclusionsis that at economic level the units are not viable, they present losses, which indicates that the factors of production are not remunerated, reason why their permanencein the long term and the level of competitiveness of the family rabbit breedingare uncertain.
