Summary/Abstract: This article studies an unknown and unexplored fragment from the folklore of the Crimean Tatars in Dobrudzha - a children’s counting rhyme. Its source are the explorations of the Hungarian linguist Istvan Mandoky-Kongur (1944-1992). I suggest that these children’s texts can be attributed to the cultural memory of the Crimean Tatars in Bulgaria, which has both general Tatar and pan-Turkic, but also local manifestations.
