Summary/Abstract: A family owned-company is a complex system given the personal and professional factors that define it; nevertheless, it is a fundamental part of productive structures in worldwide economies. In this case study is analyzed the business modelCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation developed from a consensusvision between all family members who together constitute the company researched. This article presents results of a case study made in the company SPORT GAME S.A.de C.V. located in the city of Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico. The main objective of this investigation was to analyze characteristics of the organization in respect of new business model adoption for family-owned companies. Data collection was obtained through semi-structured interviews and surveys addressed to members of the business,that contributed to know existed affinity to the CRS model. The study found that company´s vision, decision taking and capital are controlled within it. The presence of the brand image and the systematized processes which allow the execution of innovative business models have achieved growth and brand positioning of SPORT GAMES.A de C.V.
