Summary/Abstract: Syria’s events obliged the people immigrate. This people had to immigrate to Turkey, Europe and the other places of world. This research aim to analyze, in contrast to the work usually done, public relations activities of commercial institutions about the immigrant. Sample applications will be interpreted by the symmetrical world view of public relations. Immigrant problem is serious problem which we witness everyday in our life. The issue have a multiple dimensions about social, economic, health problems and cultural. What commercial institutions think about this serious problem or what are going to do for immigrants people? Commercial institutions have to do social responsibility activities about immigrants. Because they keep capital and so, they have a serious power in capitalist system. This research aim to remember to this kind of institutions about their responsibility for immigrants problem. Google and Ikea reveal sensitivity about immigrants. At the same time, Turkcell developed an important application for immigrants. On the other hand the children from Syria are worked by Zara and Mango. İmmigrants problem is a serious problem for commercial institutions because of they deplete the sources of world. For this reason they are responsible for surrounding and societies. Public relations activities provide to institutions positive perception, image and reputation. It is obvious that there are inequalities in access to resources, and that such enterprises have responsible these inequalities. In this respect, the study is also aimed at bringing criticism about the area.
