Summary/Abstract: Publishing World is recently having a significant change since the e-book in the market. Unfortunately, especially in our country the rent e-book business is not performing a significant growth rate. The some of the main reasons are coming from the old habits of the readers and the shortage of the technical stuff of the publisher. It is considered that, renting e-book will increase the rate of e-book readers in digital book publishing.
