Summary/Abstract: In the 19th and 20th century, with development of communication technologies, different application methods and concepts been appeared on artistic subjects and cultural changes created major innovations on both society and individuals. Photograph, as a form, has taken place amongst plastic arts and directed us towards ‘Photo-Collage’ works which are the result of interaction of plastic arts. Relationship with picture area discipline of plastic arts of photograph has been mentioned on ‘Pop Art’ and drawn attention to the use of photograph as a tool of expression on plastic arts. Photograph has been used on almost every stage of works of plastic arts as a material. Artistic applications that has come up with approaches between disciplines on artistic subjects has been unique and remarkable. In this research subject, use of photograph as pop art within modern plastic art trend and how photograph has been used as a collage material in periods as well as the short history and the place in our daily lives of photograph-collage set up have been highlighted for investigation of relationship between picture and photograph in detail. With regards to picture art, photo-collage works of artists such as R. Rauschenberg and R. Hamilton been examined.
