Summary/Abstract: In this study the positive and negative effects in state-art, ruling party-art, ideology-art relationships are addressed. The protectors of art, how resilient an artist can be in the face of state authorities are deal with. It tries to analyze the winnings and loses of these relationships. The thesis of the close relationship between the cultural level, its development level in societies and the artistic independence has been included.
