Summary/Abstract: In the article the copulas of Ukraine are analysed with its Ukrainian diaspore in artistic, educational, ethnographic, etnofol'klornomu aspects of cultural trade-out, spiritual potential of our society by that riches which was created Ukrainians abroad, intergovernmental cultural policy of Ukraine with a diaspore.
