Summary/Abstract: The debate on the right to life must fit to reality itself. Thus, the author will present the subject starting from the meta-legal categories, firstly from its theological significance, secondly moving to complete analysis of philosophy and then to bioethics, to end with various legal philosophical considerations. The author is going from outside the Law to reach at the end the Philosophy of Law.
