Electronic means of communication in the Public Procurement Law

Summary/Abstract: The provisions of Act of Public Procurement Law covers a universal obligation of using of the electronic means of communication. The contracting authority and the economic operator have partly the freedom to choose between written and electronic forms of communication. These provisions also specify the types and the technical conditions of these means of communication. Such a form of communication will bring benefits to the contracting authority as well as the economic operator.
