Analysis of power and influence in the concept of political power: The main approaches and directions

Summary/Abstract: We consider the particular expression of power and influence as one of the most important foundations of sociopsychological functioning of political power. Analyzes the theoretical origins and evolution of views on the indicating phenomena. We study the specificity of the power and the powerful influence, as well as the factors of political life that are most closely associated with them. Identify key trends of transformation of power and influence in the concept of political power in the deployment of processes of democratization.
