Summary/Abstract: The article examines the period of formation and creative evolution of the Donetsk Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after A. Solovyanenko, provides interesting information about famous producers, conductors, choreographers and performers who have worked in theater’s musical troupe during the 30 –50 years of the XX century.
