Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the issue of the day of philosophy of personality as the object of researches of Ukrainian studies. Maintenance of philosophy of personality is analysed, methodological principles of its research in the context of analysis of existent paradigms of perspective development of cultural and historical and educational process. In addition, basic alternative scientific and theoretical approaches open up in relation to the phenomenon of personality and ways concern its subsequent scientific research.
