Self-Organization of Young Citizens as Important Factor of Formation of the State Youth Policy

Summary/Abstract: In the article specifics of an institutionalization of public activity of the younger generation in Russia are considered. The author opens prerequisites of development of youth public associations and the organizations in the Russian conditions. The functional role and the main activities of data of structures in the course of formation of the state youth policy are designated. Also in the article the author has concerned a problem of consolidation of the youth movement on the example of National council of youth associations of Russia.
