Status and Opportunities for Development Rural Tourism in Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: An interesting feature of rural tourism in Bulgaria - its status and development. It is shown that it is a relatively fast growing and assertive is an alternative form of tourism in the country. Has shown a positive trend of increasing interest in the practice of this type of tourism. Indicated are the prerequisites for development - a rich tourist resources, shaped or reinforcing rural areas and villages as tourist destinations. Focused on its positive impact on rural areas,especially in underdeveloped and developed.
